The terms below apply to every mobile service booked with Cascade Mobile Auto Repair.
Independent Service: We have student mechanics in training at Cascadia Technical Academy in Vancouver, Washington. Cascade Mobile Auto Repair is not a licensed repair shop. Our student mechanics provide independent and affordable maintenance utilizing the training and technical resources from their school.
Estimates: We will provide a clear price estimate before starting. Final payment is due when the job is complete.
Parts: We will supply all necessary parts to complete the job. Anything not available at O'Reilly's will be ordered online.
Disposal of Old Parts: Once the job is completed we are happy to take the old parts and dispose of them, but it would be preferable to throw them in your trash.
Payment: Payment is due at the completion of the job. We prefer cash, but can also accept online payments to our GreenLight payment account accepting debit or credit cards.
Work Location Requirements: Services must be performed in a safe location, ideally with a bathroom and some kind of sink.
Warranty: All services are provided "as-is." We are not responsible for future issues, parts failure, or related damage after completion. However, we stand firmly behind all our work and will not take on any job that can't be done correctly. Our end goal is that all parties involved are satisfied.
Liability: We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damage occurring after or during repair if proper instructions and safety procedures are followed.
Vehicle Faults: If another old and/or compromised part breaks on the customer's car while we are performing services correctly, we are not liable. However, we are happy to install the new part with an additional labor charge, as is the industry standard at any shop.
